Bogert & Rembold, P.L. was established by experienced litigators, Jeffrey Bogert and Scott Rembold, whose founding mission was and remains to apply the experience they gained working in large and well-respected law firms to serve clients in the fields of construction, business, and insurance in a more focused setting, where they can provide more personalized and responsive services tailored to their clients’ particular needs.  Bogert & Rembold serves clients ranging from small companies to large institutions, focusing its practice on construction law and litigation, commercial litigation, and insurance defense litigation.
