Our firm understands the unique South Florida construction market.  We have many years of experience in all aspects of construction law, including contract preparation, contract administration, litigation prevention, analysis and defense of construction contracts and bonds, construction liens, regulatory and compliance matters, claims of construction defects and delays, jobsite accidents, and government contract disputes.  We handle alternative dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration.   If litigation occurs, we are highly trained litigators at both the trial and appellate level.  

In addition to handling complex issues at the trial level, we also offer representation before the Construction Industry Licensing Board and the Department of Professional Regulation, local governmental and permitting authorities.  We also handle actions brought under the Florida Condominium Law.   Our clients include property owners, developers, general contractors, sub-contractors, material suppliers, architects, engineers, and homebuilders.   Scott Rembold, one of the firm's founding shareholders,  is General Counsel for South Florida Associated General Contractors, the oldest contractor association in South Florida, chartered in 1922.
